Payment methods: Bank transfer for domestic orders / PayPal for international orders only.
⬩ Deposit 60% of the order value after the sketch is confirmed; the remaining balance is paid upon completion.
⬩ Private commission: +40% (Any special or private requests must be discussed before the deposit is paid. No changes can be made once production begins).
Refund is only available during the sketch stage.
After sketch approval and deposit payment, refunds will not be accepted.
No refunds after production has started.

Sketch Stage: After reviewing your references, I will provide a final quote. Once confirmed, I will begin the sketch. Up to 2 minor revisions are allowed. If you are not satisfied at this stage, you may cancel the order.
Production Stage (Important): After sketch approval + 60% deposit, production time begins. I will sculpt the clay base first (this stage takes significant time). Major design changes will NOT be accepted once production has started. Only minor adjustments may be discussed if possible.
Painting & Updates: Progress updates will be provided during base, painting, and resin stages. Design changes are not accepted during production.
Final Payment & Shipping: Once completed, you will send the remaining payment + full address for shipping.

for custom-made products, it takes about 1 to 1.5 months per item (not including shipping time and product detailing). rush orders are not accepted.
⬩ If the client does not respond within 5–7 days, the commission will be put on hold.
⬩ If there is no response after 14 days, the order may be cancelled without refund.
⬩ I am responsible for the package until it arrives at your country’s postal system.
⬩ I am not responsible for delays, customs issues, or loss after that point.
⟡ Shipping fee will be informed together with the final payment once the product is completed.
In case the product is damaged, I will provide a refund based on mutual agreement, as long as the shipping box remains in good condition.
Complaints will only be accepted if accompanied by an unedited video recording of the package being received/unboxed.
For international orders, returns are not accepted. If the fault lies with me, I will provide compensation depending on the level of damage.

You have full rights to modify or adjust the finished product as you wish once it’s in your hands, but we won’t be responsible for any issues that may occur afterward.
The artist retains all rights of reproduction and design unless otherwise agreed.
You are not allowed to use this handcrafted product for commercial purposes (please do not resell it at a different price, pass it on, or trade it for any item, ...) You may give it to someone as a gift, and I hope the recipient is informed about my terms.

The product may be posted on social media and used as a sample (except for private commissions).
I will not use any parts of your original character design or concept to replicate for other orders without your permission under any circumstances.
For designs that I create in my own style based on well-known characters from anime, games, idols, etc., I reserve the right to use similar designs for future sales if someone commissions the same or a similar character (including private commissions).
Each piece is handmade; slight color variations or small imperfections (dust, air bubbles) may occur.
Final product will be approximately 90% similar to the approved sketch.
Colors may appear darker on camera due to multiple protective layers.
Material & Care :
Coated with UV resin (durable but may yellow or lose shine under long-term sunlight exposure).
Resin smell disappears after curing.
If stored in a sealed box for too long, a slight odor may develop.
Since I work independently, updates may occasionally be delayed. thank you for your understanding !
